Meet The Team
Carrie Campbell, MBA
Carrie is the CEO of Grantworks, LLC and currently the Chief Finance Officer for the Missouri State Regional Planning Commission.
Carrie holds an MBA from Pittsburg State University with an Emphasis in Accounting and also attended the University of Notre Dame for an MBA.

Carrie has over 25+ years in grant writing and administration and has written grants large scale grants for infrastructure, childcare, tribal police departments, tribal childcare centers, EPA, USDA, and numerous clean water initiatives throughout the US.

Carrie is a member of the Seneca Cayuga Nation and sits on numerous boards for the Native American Community. She also served 5 years in the United States Navy and assists with writing VA grants within the local community.

Kasei Lewis, MA
Kasei is the Executive Director of Grantworks, LLC. Kasei obtained her Masters degree in Emergency Management in England and is working on her second Masters with an emphasis in Accounting. Kasei is a world class expert in city planning and has written numerous long term strategic plans for large counties in Missouri for both SEMA and FEMA. She is currently working on comprehensive planning for five communities and really enjoys working with the Native American communities on long term planning efforts.

Jon Carpenter, BBS
John is an award winning grant writer who specializes in Economic Development and IHBG and ICDBG Grant applications. John has written over 32 million in grants for numerous tribal nations. John is a master of his craft, the written word. We are honored to have someone of his caliber on board

Misty Hailey, EdS
Misty Hailey is an independent contractor for CCM Grantworks, LLC. Misty is the current superintendent and principal for a rural school in SW Missouri. Misty holds an EdS. Degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University and an MS and EdS. in Educational Administration from William Woods University.
Misty has over 15+ years of expertise in educational funding, initiatives, and budgets. She has a proven track record of success securing over $3.5 million in funding in educational grants. When it comes to education, she is our resident expert and go to person. You will not find anyone more passionate about helping children. Her dedication and experience guarantee you a powerful grant writer.
Additionally, Misty is easy to talk to. You will find that she has an innate ability to help you identify your needs. She is an expert in developing long-range and strategic plans to access federal funding requirements. The writing and analyzation skills she obtained from her extensive years in education are a fundamental part of her success in grant writing.
Misty will be expanding her skills to include grants for infrastructure(CDBG), economic development, DOJ, EPA, and USDA.
